Does Akka provide a means to stop/start the remoting subsystem? I did not see this documented anywhere, and some of the akka-user threads seem to suggest "no". This would be a pretty useful thing, even if "stop" was as unrefined as simply dropping all existing connections and no longer accepting new incoming connections.
