Hi Morten, thanks for reporting! Which journal plugin are you using? It looks like during replay it gets an ShardHomeAllocated without getting ShardRegionProxyRegistered first – which makes it blow up (we must first register, then allocate the shard).
One reason could be that the persist of ShardRegionProxyRegistered never succeeded...? Would you be able to verify if your journal contains such these events (or if SRPR is missing)? It would be great to track down to the root of this problem.
