Given a cluster of nodes A, B and C - if node C isn't reachable for long enough time, it is considered as "failed" and thus it can't rejoin the cluster when the connection is recovered.
Is it possible to track such an event on the node C, so it can "shutdown" itself, so maintainance scripts would start it up again, or "shutdown" it's ActorSystem and create the new one?
