Maybe I didn't make it clear. What I'm trying to do a "toy" prototype to get a better understanding of how akka-persistence, CQRS/ES and DDD can replace traditional solutions and what are the limits. While 100K is unlikely to happen in this domain, it may appear in other "software only" domains.
