Hi there, the question is a bit open ended - there's many ways of benchmarking, usually for your *specific needs*. We internally use various tools such as JMH openjdk.java.net/projects/code-tools/jmh/ or profilers to benchmark allocations (Jprofiler, YourKit, and more...) etc.
