Hi Nader,
yes, what you describe sounds like a great use case for PeristentActors in
general (and well PersistentFSMActor simply being a DSL on top of it).
In fact I've seen a ticketing system in the wild implemented like that and
they've enjoyed it as far as I could tell :-)
