Hi kraythe, I think the simplest solution to serialize/deserialize ActorRef is: Serialization.serializedActorPath(theActorRef) / extendedSystem.provider(). resolveActorRef(identifier) as described here: http://doc.akka.io/docs/akka/snapshot/java/serialization.html#Serializing_ActorRefs
