Hi, I'm not sure if you find it useful, but we have opensourced some of the code we use in many of out akka clustering / eventsourcing (micro-service) applications.
What I was thinking of here was this one: https://github.com/NextGenTel/akka-tools/blob/master/akka-tools-cluster/README.md It has a ClusterListener which can be used to detect split-brain and recover from it. It can also be used to auto-resolve seedNodes when starting up. We are using it in production with success. It would be great if you found it useful or have some feedback.
