I don't think it is, and anyway you should not assume so.
What about delegating requests to actors (a pool of them perhaps?)
configured with pinned dispatcher?
Note that you should configure
thread-pool-executor.allow-core-timeout = off
of the pinned dispatcher if you want the actor to run on the same thread
all the time.
