Hi Richard,

There is a tick source that you can use for this:

Source.apply[T](initialDelay: FiniteDuration, interval: FiniteDuration,
tick: T): Source[T,Cancellable]

In other words it is a source of periodic ticks. It obeys backpressure, it
simply drops ticks if there is currently no downstream demand.
