The unbind() Source will stop taking new connections and finish serving new
connections. However, the already established connections are *not*
terminated. So if there is, for example a websocket connection, it might
remain there forever. What I recommend is to do the following to get a more
or less graceful shutdown:

 - unbind the ServerBinding
 - wait for some seconds in which most of the connections are probably gone
 - call shutdown() on the materializer that were used to materialize the
connection handlers. This will clean up all remaining connections
