It is using a convention to make things easy for the normal case. However,
I think it will work if you specify singletonName in the
ClusterSingletonProxySettings.
ClusterSingletonProxySettings proxySettings =
ClusterSingletonProxySettings.create(system).withSingletonName("singleton/ITS_CHILD");
ActorRef singletonProxy =
system.actorOf(ClusterSingletonProxy.props("/user/MY_CLUSTERED_SINGLETON",
proxySettings);
