Here is the config I am using...
I am using the dynamodb akka persistence plugin right now and it works fine
when it is in there.
If I take out the persistence configuration all together then cluster
sharding does not start up, I see this error:

Note: I am spinning up a docker cluster with this config, that is why the
remote section looks the way it does...
