Hi there, you do realize that UDP, the protocol itself, does not guarantee delivery of anything? It absolutely may and will in practice drop packets - it is designed to do exactly that.
Start reading about UDP here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_Datagram_Protocol and take it from there to networking books and articles.
