I am having trouble getting the standard XML declaration (ie, <?xml ... ?>) from ScalaXmlSupport.defaultNodeSeqMarshaller.
Is that supported? I assumed providing the marshaller a scala.xml.Document would be all that was necessary, but that does not seem to generate the declaration. Am I missing something obvious?
