Sziasztok!
Ma megprobaltam egy fel vagyonba kerulo ceges repi rendezveny miatt korbejarni annak a kerdeset, hogy a kapott szamlak AFA-ja levonhato-e.
A kovetkezo valaszokat kaptam:
- nem vonhato le, mivel nem a vallalkozas tevekenysegehez kozvetlenul kapcsolodo ktg (lsd vevok megvendegelese) - egyik nagy magyar tanacsado ceg velemenye
- PM-APEH tajekoztato 2001.03.21 (elvileg nem elevult, de nem tudom alapozhatok-e ra). Ennek a 6-os pontja szerint az AFA visszaigenyelheto.
Nektek mi a velemenyetek? Visszaigenyeljem vagy ne ? Itt AFA-ba kb 4-5 M HUF-rol van szo, tehat nem kis osszeg.
A 10.000.000 HUF feletti osszegnek milyen egyeb ado vonzata van: 44 % SZJA, TB???, EHO ????
