Onmagaban az, hogy o egy bejelentett ugyvezeto, nem alapozza meg, hogy barmilyen jogviszonyban legyen ebbol jovedelme, ra pedig egyaltalan nem vonatkozik az a kotelezettseg, hogy biztositott legyen Mo-on vagy legyen elegendo jovedelme a megelheteshez, ha egyszer nem is tartozkodik itt. Ugyvezetokent viszont annyiszor jon es megy evente, ahanyszor csak akar, es onnan kapja az erre vonatkozo jovedelmet, ahonnan akarja, ahhoz nekunk semmi kozunk, teendonk nincs vele.
