Pl. szamitogepalkatresz-ertekesito ceg postan kiszallitotta a megrendelt alkatreszt, a ra kotott biztositast es a postai szolgaltatast kulon tetelkent feltuntette (tovabbszamlazta), akkor azok nem targyi mentesek voltak, hanem ugyanolyan AFA-sak, mint az alkatresz.
Szallodaban is 15%-os AFA-val szamlaztuk a szoba araba beletartozo reggelit, pedig boven volt benne 25%-os AFA-s termek is. Vagy a masszazs benne volt a szoba araban, akkor csak 15% AFA-s volt, pedig kulon tetelkent a hozza tartozo SZJ-vel tuntettuk fel. Ha a vendeg maga egyedileg rendelte a masszazs, akkor 25% AFA-s volt. Egyebkent az AFA-tv 22ยง (3) bekezdes b) pontja szabalyozza, mely nehany tipikus peldat felsorol. A kulonbozo szolgaltatasok egymashoz valo viszonyaban kell merlegelni, hogy megvalosul-e a jarulekos jelleg. A foszolgaltatas az, amelyre a megrendeles alapvetoen iranyul, a fo- es jarulekos tevekenyseg ala-folerendeltsegi viszonyt jelent. A foszolgaltatas igenybe vetele nelkul a jarulekos szolgaltatast nem vennek (esetleg nem is vehetnek) igenybe. Ha van valasztasi lehetoseg a szolgaltatasok kozott, akkor nem tartoznak ossze, ha a vasarlonak nincs valasztasi lehetosege, hogy kulon-kulon vegye igenybe a szolgaltatasokat, akkor osszetartoznak es azonosan AFA-znak.
