Koszi a hozzaszolast. Az en velemenyem szerint azzal, hogy belfoldon
elkezdtem hasznalni, belfoldi forgalomba helyeztem. Az AFA tv
egyertelmuen szabalyozza, hogy a magyar AFA teruleti hatalya ala
bekerul, ezert is vallottam a fizetendo es levonhato AFA-t, jelentettem
intrastaba. Ha az AFA teruleti hatalya ala bekerult, akkor be kellett
keruljon a termekdij hatalya ala is. (Pont ugy, ahogy a vamhatosag
mindkettot egyszerre kiveti.)
En azzal vagyok megzavarodva, hogy valtozott a tv 2005 elejen, 2006
elejen es 2006 szeptembereben. Sot meg az is eszembe jutott, hogy talan
az unios csatlakozas ota ugyanugy ervenyes ez az onkiveteses termekdij,
csak nem gondoltuk, hogy nekunk is lehet olyan tevekenysegunk, amelyre
kell termekdijat fizetni. Most, hogy bejott a csomagoloanyag, elolvastuk
a jogszabalyt es felfedeztuk, hogy valoszinuleg hibaztunk. Csak az nem
vilagos, hogy mikortol.

egymassal velemenyileg:)
A korny.ved. termekdijat az fizeti meg, aki eloszor forgalomba hozza
Magyarorszagon.
Hogy most Ti elso forgalomba hozonak szamitotok-e, arra nem tudnek igy
hirtelenjeben valaszolni:)
Mert ugye behozzatok, de nem ertekesititek tovabb. De ha ez
forgalombahozatalt is jelent egyben, akkor amikor beerkezik az eszkoz,
akkor kell a KT.dijat figyelmebe venni.
De hatha van valaki mas is, aki tud erre konkretabban valaszolni.
