Bocs, az osztalekra juto SZJA nem eri el a 100 Ft-ot, az osztalek mar majdnem 400 Ft szemelyenkent!
A helyzet az, hogy nalam mar januarban megvolt a taggyules, mindenfele egyeb tarsasagi modositasokkal es a cegbirosag is bejegyzett mindent, ugyhogy marad a 400 Ft osztalek/fo. A kerdes tovabbra is az, hogy a maganszemelyeknek be kell-e vallani majd, ha a ceg nem vonta le. Szerintem ad rola igazolast a ceg es majd a 2007-es SZJA bevallasba beallitjak a maganszemelyek. Adoeloleget nyilvan nem kell fizetni, mert 100 Ft alatt van az SZJA. Igy viszont megis kotelezettsegkent jelenik meg a dolgozonal. Azon gondolkodom, hogy vajon megis ossze kell vonni a 10%-os osztalek adojaval es akkor a 100 Ft alatti osszeg is megfizetendo lesz. Hogy is van ez? A 25%-os osztalekra juto egeszsegugyi hj viszont tenyleg 100 Ft alatt van, mivel a 10%-os osztaleknak nincs ilyen adokotelezettsege, szerintem ezt se vallani se fizetni senkinek nem kell.
