Could you tell me exactly how you came across this problem?
Specifically:
1. was the manager running on a win 2003 machine?
2. was the executor runnong on a win 2003 machine?
3. are you sure this is because of the OS and not a problem on other
OS-es, perhaps due to a corrupt Alchemi database / firewall issues on
the win2003 server etc?
Pls let me know, so we can investigate and fix if there is a real problem.

Hi,
the executor can't connect to the manager on Windows 2003 systems.
It's probably a string comparison bug. I don't have any dev tools on
this OS at the moment though.
