I use cvs from the command line. I experiment a lot so I like to have full
control over what I commit. I also use this book to get an idea of what I
need to do:

Most commands apply recursively so you really only need to run one thing.

I have nothing against Subversion but we would have to migrate the project
from CVS. Existing developers might have their tools in place with CVS so it
might be a headache for them.
