Thanks Tibor, I think I will use your first solution.

In my previous project, the workaround was to send a config file by 
embedded file dependency (EmbeddedFileDependency) and then read data 
from the file.

But I agree with Jonathan, a common file shared by all executors with 
broadcasting DataChanged messages could  be an elegant solution.
