There is no new scheduler implemented yet in CVS. In the current implementation if the Manager is not receiving a response from the Executor's HeartBeat thread then it will automatically put the threads currently running on the Executor back in the pool of threads to be scheduled. So if you are killing the HeartBeat thread once the user logs in then the thread will be rescheduled to another Executor.
