I have run into a problem when running the pi calculator (5000 digits) and
stopping one of the executors as it is running a thread. The thread is
subsequently set to 'scheduled' but does not seem to ever be re-run.
This also happens when using the 1.0.4 Alchemi_jsub.exe (and Core) to run
the Blast Demo.
