I have been paying attention to what you're saying, but I haven't been
able to contribute.  Personally, I've never worked with the batch jobs
side of things, and I don't currently have the resources to duplicate
and debug the issue you're having.

What sort of "weird behavior" are you experincing when you didn't
disable Windows Firewall on those dedicated executors?
