I've just committed a preliminary version of cycle index series build into species.
Unfortunately, there is a bug (see "make check") that I could not yet locate. :-( Also for "compose" I still have to implement the plethystic substitution. But I wanted to commit, because I'll be on holiday until Monday and wanted to give you a chance to look at what I did. Comments are welcome!
