I would think that that would be a build of the tool itself (IIRC there is
a tool to compile XSLT), not the output of the execution of the tool.
I could bump it up a directory, or spread the results across the various
subproject directories inside the builds directory.
For the moment, this seemed like a reasonable compromise.
