Subscription service for build failures

I've now got a perl script that will send out e-mail based on specific
items found in the output of builds.  I've taken the liberty of adding the
following entry in on behalf of alexandria:

jakarta-alexandria [EMAIL PROTECTED] /BUILD FAILED/

If others wish to have additional entries added, please let me know.
