Yup. This is a reason why I think that sending the build emails nightly
(instead of only on error) is a good thing (tm). It keeps people aware that
there is a build system looking over things. Otherwise people tend to
forget. We could even start putting in nice little MOTD messages at the
top...the first one could be something like:

Every change you make gives Sam a headache.
    Always make sure to love the Gump.

For Gump, I think that we can assume that. Converting that Perl script to a
little Main.java and packaging it into a .jar file (ie: for java -jar
cvspass.jar) wouldn't be hard either...
