There's an environment variable for setting the port $CVS_CLIENT_PORT.

Also I've also now got a little bit of Java code to scramble passwords CVS
style. Might be an idea to use this in conjunction with $CVS_PASSFILE to
allow us to manage a separate password file from just .cvspass

I'll probably try and put them into the ant cvs task and see where that gets
me.
