They are not known for obeying the law and flaunt the fact ;) In the past
they have broken distribution terms of GPL, Suns binary license, Suns beta
license etc. Due to technicality any code that was written against old
versions is not allowed to legally be distributed (even if original authors
of all components agree to it). Stupid little things mainly but enough that
it could compromise an organisation in a sue happy world.
