Cactus nightly builds

Hi Sam,

I see that you are still using the jar target for the nightly builds of
Cactus. Have made any progress in running the Cactus tests ? Maybe I can
help you.
The best would be to be able to run the all target every night, for both
Servlet API 2.2 and 2.3.

Tell me what the status is and what I can do to help.
