Hi,

I always got an error during the prepare step of buid.xml (s. below, using current cvs
source):

mm@doppler[1]:~/devel/jakarta-alexandria > ant -verbose prepare
Ant version 1.3 compiled on March 2 2001

Buildfile: build.xml
Detected Java Version: 1.3
Detected OS: Linux
parsing buildfile /home/mm/.mnt/local_devel/mm/devel/jakarta-alexandria/build.xml with
URI = file:/home/mm/.mnt/local_devel/mm/devel/jakarta-alexandria/build.xml
Project base dir set to: /home/mm/.mnt/local_devel/mm/devel/jakarta-alexandria
Build sequence for target `prepare' is [prepare]
Complete build sequence is [prepare, prepare-error, javadocs, docs, site, apis, main,
test, clean, dist]

prepare:
    [chmod] Myos = Linux
    [chmod] chmod ug+rwx
    [chmod] Executing chmod ug+rwx
    [chmod] /bin/chmod: too few arguments
[chmod] Try `/bin/chmod --help' for more information.
    [chmod] Result: 1

After modifying the chmod entry and adding the type="dir" option
it seemed to work.

Maybe should be done to the second chmod as well?

Don't know if ant is behaving bad there ...

I have another problem with the cvsweb tag in the repository and the url created later.
Is there any option to tell alexandria that the url generated should not look
like ".../cvsweb.cgi/MY_MODULE" but ".../cvsweb.cgi?MY_MODULE" ?

CU,
Marcel
