Now that the XML Schema spec has been approved as a W3C recommendation, the
current version of castor no longer supports the interrim specification
versions.
The changes required to jakarta-alexandria to support the latest spec and
version of castor are simple. Replace castor-0.8.11.jar with
castor-0.9.3.jar in the lib directory, and change all occurences (one per
file) of 2000/10 to 2001 in src/xml/*.xsd.
