I think the dep engine and this whole issue are not the same thing. As a
matter of fact the dep engine in JJAR is the direct result of me asking for
it so that I could use it for Gump so that it could provide all dependency
information.

I think a DTD/Schema for a project's overall information would be much more
beneficial than carving it up. It really isn't that much information.
