The Avalon Testlet project is now concidered dead. It has
been superceded by JUnit. The JUnit framework was more
featureful, and had a much better community around it.
All Avalon code that is released as a package no longer
has Testlets in the codebase (only exception might be
Pheonix/Cornerstone). The Testlet jar in jakarta-avalon
CVS is used to build any legacy testlets--and will be
removed in the near future.
