I am merely stating that the ability of gump to distiguish between
jakarta-site2 from modules which contain java code is not resolved.

I didn't request anything, nor did I say it would be an error if it wasn't
present.  I merely noted that my heuristics for constructing my list of
projects to investigate further was imperfect.

You might be able to infer a request from the following:

> 2) the project may contain a target to build javadocs, but not a target
>     which will build both javadocs and a jar.

If so, the request would have been for a target which builds javadocs, not
one named javadoc.
