you can't trap me with the same trick twice ;)
(that's how jon persuaded me to start developing open source)

you know what it's like - i've got patches to review for digester and ecs,
i want to continue with the work on commons-logging so that we can do a
release and then i can get back to working on commons-betwixt...

on a more serious note, i suppose that this is one of the real points that
jon was making. we're working away on sub projects without thinking about
the health of the project as a whole. i'm feeling a little stretched too
thin at the moment (and i think that's true of many committers who are
involved in several jakarta projects) - and that means i'm not able to
spend the time i should on anything i should be spending time on.

i don't know. maybe it might be worth trying to push some developers who
still have enough enthusiasm and time left into joining this list and
start contributing.
