Nicola Ken, after I've applied your patches, POI now requires Cocoon and Cocoon has an optional dependency on POI.
Do you need Cocoon to compile or only to build the site? In the later case it may be better to break site generation out into a separate project, make plain POI not depend on Cocoon and add that dependency for site generation.
