Short term suggestion: call it a profile and lets update the workspaces to
reference two profiles each.

My original thoughts were that profile owners would want to control what
version of JDBC, etc they used, but I recognize that this is a tradeoff.

I definately want to encourage more people to consider using this
infrastructure.  And I certainly wouldn't want to touch the license for
jsse, for example.
