[PATCH] Gump patch for java/Module.java

Hi,

I have been using Gump on my local machine (windows), using a local CVS
server. My CVSROOT for my local server is of the form :

:local:E:/xxx/...

Module.java did not support having a non-defined username and hostname
and was generating the following CVSROOT :

:local:@:E:/xxx/...

Here is a patch for this.
