I knew that there is a way to bootstrap Maven, but there is more to
this in the Gump context than just to get it compiled.

One thing is that we must ensure Maven will not use the libraries it
has downloaded during bootstrap in later runs, it should use the ones
created by Gump.  This is where I need people to lend a hand that know
more about Maven than I do.
