I can elaborate on this some more. If a black person hears any radio host or caller complain about Barack Obama, they consider that _scoring one for the white team_. Like my father who is a hardcore republican keeps telling me that once Bill Clinton went to a funeral and was laughing and smiling, then he notices a whole gaggle of reporters and takes out his hanky and starts to make out like he's wiping away a tear--unaware that they were filming him the whole time, and I that makes me feel defensive. If my aunt who's a lifelong democrate told me that, I wouldn't mind at all.
