DAMN! Every politician that wants a future is doing their best to not be seen with GWB. There are rumors McCain may go to New Orleans instead of Minn. and Arnold Schwarzenegger is saying "state business" may keep him away.
A great number of others are staying away as well. PALIN will be the subject of an investigation. It is TRUE that she fired the state's director of public safety. What is yet to be decided is if she did it because the Dir would not fire a state policeman that was in a custody battle with her sister. The Alaskan Senate is set to take that up in October.
