As a candidate for Guv she was FOR the earmark. After she became Guv and the
bridge became a hot potato Congress removed the earmark but still sent half the
money. She didn't say thanks but no thanks she spread the money around to
OTHER, STATE highway projects. Not quite the picture she painted on TEE VEE
with her old dude boyfriend.
