I suspect that if Obama were asked to compare and contrast the Monroe and Bush Doctrines he could talk intelligently for half an hour. Palin, on the otherhand, would start blinking like Tweek and say something like /*I have my shocks changed every 50,000 miles as recommended and I'm sure President Bush does the same*/.
