I appreciate his service to the community, but he doe seem to have a problem with people who do not speak English. He even identifies himself as an "asshole" so that indicates he is aware of the contradiction. As with all callers, we are only getting his side of the story, so we don't know if his behavior at the bank was causing enough of a disruption to have an employee to take him aside. For all the tellers speaking Spanish, it seems he had no problem getting service in English. His calls are interesting, but I would rather listen to Michael in San Diego.
