One thing that might work is running the Cardisc viewer application in  
Windows XP mode.  Here are some details:

If that doesn't work, you can use a third-party program to convert the  
image files from the disc.  They're in some weird format, but I used a  
Mac program called GraphicConverter to batch convert them all to GIF.   
Took a little work to get the pages sorted and numbered, but now I've  
got them viewable on my Mac without having to use the Cardisc  
application.

Third option is just to buy a new disc.  The newer Cardisc versions  
are in PDF format so you don't need to go through all this hassle.
