Wrt the speedo sender, it depends what year your GTV6 is. If yours is a mid '85 or earlier car, then the senders are different. If it's a mid '85 or later car, then the senders are the same (physically) as the Milano.
I think the senders vary depending on the final drive ratio (but I've heard otherwise). If you look on the sender, the amplifier, and/or the speedo, there should be an indicator of how many pulses there are per rotation. If you don't think you have a Verde transaxle, then you probably don't have a Platinum one either. The Platinum transaxle is LSD, as is the Verde. Also, the Platinum transaxle uses the same exact sender (physically, I'm not sure about pulses per rev) as the Verde. I know that when we stuck the Platinum transaxle (4.10) into our Verde LeMons car (stock 3.55), the speedo ended up reading 10-15% high. First of all, My car seems to have a stock GTV-6 speedometer sending unit, and I've been told that the GTV-6 Speedometer sender won't fit the Verde transaxle case.
